Eyes That see and Ears that listen

So recently I have been reading Hillary Clinton's "Living History" and earlier I finished John Mason's "Imitation is Limitation" and I realized that we have eyes but sometimes if not most times we can't see. And ears that exist but cannot actually hear

What is wrong with us? Ok Let me rephrase what is wrong with me? why can't I see nor listen?

Hold that thought; Yesterday I watched "Young Rich airing on K24 around 7.30pm to 8.30pm and I just couldn't believe how we waste years. I met the most goal-oriented young businessman (actually my age) and I realized there is nothing in this world that you cannot do if you just actually  open your eyes and listen with your ears

I have identified one of my shortcomings and that is procrastination and John Mason terms it as an "evil that destroys the most brilliant of minds." I talked to God about it and I asked Him to help me out in this area.

Its that simple; In the simple abundance journey today I have learnt that when I put God first and all the inspiration that I get everyday does not become in vain. And thus He answers my prayers in ABUNDANCE; in His SIMPLEST way; surely he knows whats best for us you  know

I have met many people who sit infront of a television set, later just ask them what they are watching they say "I dont know am just watching" or when some people look at you or themselves and they cannot realize the potential they have or that you have. We need to wake up; I can tell you for sure "serikali tafadhali" speech wont work, it starts with you

So guys could we kindly open our eyes and listen keenly. Lest I forget the words of Proverbs 6 where it says "Go to the ant Oh slaggard and follow her ways" I love this verse and I wish young people like me could take a minute to study the book of Proverbs. The verse says the ant works diligently and that the lazy should learn from him. And this enables the ant to be safe during a bad season because he uses his eyes to forsee the future and his ears to listen and do his work as he should

Where do we stand? Are we ants or sluggards? Are we really listening or just getting sound waves in our ears but not really hearing. Can we really see?
